We Believe
that technology plays a major role in creating Inclusive Communities, where the needs of all citizens are addressed ensuring that no one is left behind.

With the advancements in technology, such as High-Speed Internet, Big Data, Cloud, and Mobile technologies, community inclusion can now be achieved through digital transformation that bridges the digital divide. These technologies, when applied correctly and when in synch with the policies of the governing body, provide a myriad of benefits for the community through digital inclusion.

Some of many benefits of a digitally inclusive community may include (a) allows governments to disseminate just-in-time information to its citizens for addressing community issues such as disaster preparedness or health crisis such as the COVID-19 pandemic; (b) citizens can avail themselves to online services and information portals from the public, private, and academic sectors (Triple-Helix) tailored for their community; and (c) provide a platform for all community stakeholders: government, private sector, academic sector, and citizens, to collaborate regarding community issues.
Early Warning System (EWS)
Developing a community-centric Early Warning System (EWS) for predicting weather outcomes is a key element of our efforts to enhance a community's disaster preparedness capabilities. The EWS is designed to extract “micro-level” community data from various data points of communities through ground sensors, weather sensors, IoT devices, etc. It will normalize and analyze all collected data and conduct predictive analytics and/or simulation to provide fact-based and just-in-time information for decision support such as notifying the population of communities on how to prepare for an impending disaster, as well as when and where to evacuate.
Online Training Platform
As part of our strategy for bridging the digital divide and promoting digital inclusion, we provide a platform for online training or eLearning to complement traditional education methods for education to empower citizens of communities, especially the underserved.

One of our ongoing projects involves providing an online sports management platform, currently focused on baseball and softball, for children in the Philippines where we connect children with sports coaches who conduct virtual coaching sessions with the children, provide online coaching video sessions, and manage sports events for the children. Our platform is specially helpful especially during these unprecedented times of isolation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
One-Stop Community Mobile App
One of the cornerstones of our digital transformation and inclusion program is to create a one-stop single community mobile app for smart community enablement. We accomplish this objective through our mobile app platform, called SMART MoBee. We view mobile technology, complemented by cloud technology and broadband high-speed Internet, as the enablers for digital inclusion.

Our strategy focuses on deploying a one-stop community mobile app that integrates a myriad of online services, workflows, and information portals, from the public, private, and academic sectors, tailored specifically to meet the needs of the citizens of communities. This mobile app also provides many features for citizen engagement and empowerment including, but not limited to, Alerts & Notifications, Community Forums, Incident Reporting, as well as Polls & Surveys.
